Einar Vargas-Bello-Perez is a veterinarian trained at UNAM, with a master's degree from McGill University in Canada and a PhD from the University of Nottingham in England.
He has more than 165 publications in scientific journals, an H index of 20, has published 4 book chapters and has an extensive international collaboration network that includes more than 20 countries.
His line of research focuses on ruminant production systems and the interface between nutrition and final product quality of ruminants.
Currently, he is focused on the application of Artificial Intelligence to improve production efficiency in milk production systems.
