University of São Paulo (USP). Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science (FMVZ) Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (1985), Specialist in Animal Reproduction from the University of Turin, Italy (1986), Masters degree (1992) and Doctorate (1997) in Animal Reproduction from the University of São Paulo, Free - Teaching at the University of São Paulo (2002).

Post Doctorate at the University of Queensland - Australia (2007 to 2008). Scientific Researcher at the Animal Science Institute of the São Paulo State Department of Agriculture (1987 to 1998).

Professor at the Department of Animal Reproduction at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science at the University of São Paulo (FMVZ/USP; since 1998).

He is currently a Full Professor at the Department of Animal Reproduction at FMVZ / USP (since 2005) and level 1A researcher at CNPq (since 2013).

He is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Congress of Animal Reproduction (ICAR; 2012 to 2022).
