Graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics at UNAM, with a postgraduate degree in Administration with an emphasis in Strategic Planning at the Universidad Valle de México and another postgraduate degree in Veterinary Sciences with an emphasis in Nutrition and Immunology at South Dakota State University.

Dr. Arias is a professional in the area of agribusiness focused on milk production and its replacements as well as fattening of calves; Looking for a favorable cost-benefit ratio in order to increase their profitability of producers, I have to my credit more than 30 conferences given nationally and internationally and more than 50 articles written for different magazines of the dairy sector, as well as technical bulletins for different suppliers of the food and pharmaceutical industry.

I currently advise 30,000 dairy cows and their replacements, as well as 5,000 fattening calves, 3 feed plants.
